- Failed videos: if a video fails to render, its credit returns to your balance automatically.
- Unused credit: you can ask for a refund of credit you have not used within 14 days of buying it. We refund to the same payment method, minus any fee the payment gateway keeps.
- Delivered videos: credit spent on a delivered video is not refundable. If the video has a technical defect (missing audio, broken file, wrong length), tell us within 7 days and we fix it or return its credit.
- To ask for a refund, email support@boomedit.com from your account email.
- الفيديوهات اللي فشلت: لو الفيديو فشل في الرندر، رصيده بيرجع لحسابك أوتوماتيك.
- الرصيد اللي ما استخدمتوش: تقدر تطلب استرجاعه خلال 14 يوم من شرائه. بنرجّعه على نفس طريقة الدفع، ناقص أي رسوم بوابة الدفع بتاخدها.
- الفيديوهات اللي اتسلمت: الرصيد اللي اتصرف على فيديو اتسلم مش بيرجع. لو الفيديو فيه عيب تقني (مفيش صوت، الملف بايظ، المدة غلط) بلّغنا خلال 7 أيام ونصلحه أو نرجّعلك رصيده.
