These terms cover your use of BoomEdit (www.boomedit.com and app.boomedit.com). By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

You upload a voice recording or a video. BoomEdit cleans the sound, transcribes it, lets you review the transcript, and renders an edited video with drawn scenes and captions. While BoomEdit is invite only, you need an invite link to create an account.

2. Your account

One person per account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be 16 or older.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and to the videos you download. You give us permission to store and process your files only to make your videos and run the service. Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Do not upload anything illegal, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights. We can remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

4. Prices and credit

You buy credits in advance, in packs (EGP 150 for 3, 450 for 10, 1,100 for 25, 2,100 for 50, or the listed price in USD, EUR or GBP). A video takes credits by its final length after your review, per started minute: one for Motivation and News, two for Vox and Video Edit, five for a Drawing video. For uploads, cleaning and transcription are free up to the finished length (at least 1 minute of upload); beyond that, one more credit per started 6 uploaded minutes. Credits do not expire. We show the exact number before you confirm. If a video fails, we return its credit. Credit has no cash value outside BoomEdit and cannot be transferred. We may change prices; a change never affects a video you already confirmed.

6. Availability

We work to keep BoomEdit running, but we cannot promise it will never be down or that every render succeeds on the first try. We delete uploads and finished videos 14 days after you create them, so download what you want to keep.

7. Liability

BoomEdit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Unused credit is handled under the refund policy.

9. Law

Egyptian law governs these terms.
